The cost of legal advice and representation can vary and will be based on a number of factors from including the complexity of your matter, conduct of the party/parties on the other side and any changes to the original scope of work agreed and any unforeseen issues and response time by any third parties involved in the matter such as the Land Registry or courts.
We will assess your matter and provide you with a possible estimate at the outset and notify you if we think that estimate is likely to change and keep you updated on costs regularly.
