Our Principal and Founder, Vanessa Challess, is a trustee of Advance.
Advance are a women-only organisation providing free and confidential emotional and practical support to women in London. A large part of their work is crisis intervention for women who require urgent help and face imminent danger.
We share Advance’s vision of a world in which women and children lead safe, equal, violence-free lives so that they can flourish and actively contribute to society. We support their mission of saving and changing lives by working with women who experience domestic abuse to be safe and take control of their lives, and women who have committed crime or are at risk of offending to break the cycle.
Diversity and inclusion are not buzzwords to us, they are in our DNA. ⠀
Neurodiversity in Law promotes and supports neurodiversity within the legal profession and works to eliminate the stigma often associated with people who think differently.
Our Founder and Principal, Vanessa Challess, is a Champion for Neurodiversity in Law.
Vanessa was a guest speaker at Speak! Voicing Alternative Thinking for 2021 Neurodiversity Celebration Week.
We are proud to partner with and support Neurodiversity in Law and will continue to champion neurodiversity in all that we do.

Through reinvestment of her membership fees, Vanessa sponsors a Reach My Street orphans programme in Moldova, donates to the DIDA Sports Organisation in Uganda and to the Sports Traider Charity here in the UK.
The reinvestment of membership fees is part of the Koi Sports CIC strategy to help fund positive social change through sport, both here in the UK and in other countries across the world.
