About Naomi
Naomi has always had an interest in employment law on both a national and international level which is what made her want to pursue employment law.
Her main areas of interest include advising on aspects of the employee/employer relationship, the prevention of forced labour in modern slavery, promoting diversity and inclusion, and discrimination law.
Throughout university, she gained experience in different seats of law and worked in HR directly which has allowed her to provide a practical understanding on complex HR and employment law matters in a clear and supportive manner. Upon qualifying as a solicitor, her goal is to specialise in employment law.
She joined Tiger in 2020 working primarily on HR and employment law matters which led to her current hybrid role as a Trainee Solicitor and HR and Employment Law Advisor.
Tiger Law encourages individuality and is a trailblazer in the legal profession which is why Naomi was drawn to the firm. Working completely remotely allows for people from all over the world to join our team which is incredible and shows that diversity and inclusion go further than a tick box exercise.
Throughout her training, her focus will be on contentious and non-contentious matters in the commercial and employment departments. When she is not working, she enjoys art, music, cycling, and spending time with the important people in her life.
