Case Study 1: Tiger Law have recently completed a conditional Agreement for Lease to Tesla Motors Limited for HV Charging Points on client’s farm.


Assisting our Landlord client which owns a large farm/food hall in Faversham in agreeing terms for a 25-year lease relating to the installation and use of premises for 16 ultra rapid electric vehicle chargers. Several pre-completion conditions were negotiated and agreed as part of the transaction including our client entering into a lease for an electricity sub-station to enable the development to be connected to the local distribution network.


Outcome: We assisted our client in agreeing many key commercial terms as part of the lease negotiations working to a strict timeline with led to a positive outcome for our client. 


Case Study 2: Tiger Law acted on a residential leasehold sale

Tiger which became challenging due to the number of enquiries raised to somewhat unresponsive the managing agents. Due to persistence and perseverance with chasing the managing agents we were able to successfully complete our clients sale prior to the buyers mortgage offer expiring.


Outcome: Successful completion of the sale.

Case Study 3: Tiger Law acted on the purchase of a Hotel.


Tiger Law acted on the purchase of a Hotel which was purchased by our clients in auction and had a tight deadline for completion. The client’s lenders solicitors being separately represented and had strict requirements. We acted very quickly in terms of reporting to our client on the title as well as dealing with the lenders requirements. Tiger Law liaised very closely with the sellers solicitors, lenders solicitors and client to ensure that all the lenders requirements were fulfilled to enable our clients purchase.


Outcome: Successful completion of the purchase of the hotel and client very pleased with our services. 


Case Study 4: Tiger Law are acting for a number of investment and pension fraud victims.

In a miscarriage of justice case making representations to multiple agencies including HMRC, regulators and law enforcement bodies. Victims range from key workers to high profile footballers. This includes supporting the formation of a new All Party Parliamentary Group on Investment Fraud.


Outcome: The case is ongoing but we have provided evidence in Parliament to an Inquiry and attended numerous meetings in Whitehall upon behalf of our clients.
