Vanessa Challess

Co-founder & CEO

Having qualified in 2003, with training and positions in esteemed provincial firms, Vanessa stepped from corporate and commercial litigation into prevention rather than cure, working with fellow owner managers around M&A (up to £30M), succession planning and exit strategies through to advising on and preparing every sort of commercial agreement.  Renowned for her entrepreneurial spirit and keen insight into the SME sector, Vanessa's direct experience as a business owner equips her with a unique understanding of the legal hurdles her clients face.


Appreciated for her clear communication and cost-effective solutions, she's designed her firms to offer accessible, proactive advice whilst balancing work and life for her team.


As a mother of three and committed lawyer, Vanessa's passion is the pursuit of equality for all.

Rebekah Manning

Head of Residential `Property

Rebekah, affectionately known as Vanessa's "office wife," is the operational powerhouse behind Tiger Law, having been integral to its inception. With a background in banking and pensions, her transition to legal services was marked by a burgeoning passion for property law, leading her to become the esteemed Head of Residential Property. Rebekah's commitment to client care and her innovative use of technology have revolutionized the conveyancing services at Tiger Law. Outside of her professional excellence, she's a music enthusiast, an avid reader, a movie buff, and enjoys planning adventurous USA road trips with her family.

Nour El Haddad

Associate Solicitor

Nour El Haddad, a tri-lingual legal expert in corporate and commercial law, joins Tiger Law as an associate solicitor. With a rich background that includes an LLM from Queen Mary University, experience at top Lebanese law firms, and an internship with Freshfields Bruckaus Deringer LLP in Dubai, Nour brings international expertise and a dynamic approach to our team, fresh from passing her Solicitors Qualifying Examination in England and Wales

Sangita Gohil

Head of Commercial property

After qualifying as a Solicitor in 2000, Sangita worked for many years in a West End boutique law firm specialising in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate matters.

Over the years she has acted for a portfolio of UK and international clients, UK and offshore private banks, property investment companies, small to medium sized businesses, commercial landlords and tenants.

Sangita has acted as the UK panel lawyer in secured lending transactions representing lenders and borrowers on finance transactions for overseas clients/banks. She has also dealt with residential and commercial mortgages and bridging finance matters.

Her skills also extend to dealing with the sale and acquisition of UK and offshore companies and business asset transactions.

Since joining Tiger Law as head of Commercial Property, she has predominantly been involved in acting for landlord and tenants, corporate businesses and individuals in connection with their commercial real estate matters. Her clients include an NHS Trust department, property investment companies, construction and engineering companies to name but a few .Sangita also regularly supports the corporate and commercial team on the property aspects of share and asset sales and acquisitions.

Away from Sangita enjoys travelling, theatre and spending time with her children, family and friends.


Himanie Dubois

Commercial and Intellectual Property Trainee Solicitor

A seasoned legal trainee with a wide history, Himanie Dubois shows her adaptability and commitment to the legal industry. She began her career as a paralegal at Kingsley Naplry, where she developed the foundations her budding legal career.

Himanie became a Bradstone Allington CPD paralegal to further develop her skills, and then moved on to Turnblock.io. Trying her hand at the tech industry as a Turnblock.io consultant, Himanie demonstrated her versatility by utilising her diverse skills and training.

Returning to law, Himanie became a freelance Corporate Paralegal for Strand Sahara, and was then offered a permanent position as a trainee solicitor.

Himanie now works as a trainee solicitor at Tiger Law, where she improves her legal skills and helps the firm succeed. Himanie Dubois is a notable legal professional because of her diversified career and commitment to ongoing learning and advancement.

Emily Howard

Client Care coordinator

Emily Howard is a dedicated Client Care Coordinator at Tiger Law, where she is known for her exceptional commitment to providing outstanding client service. With a keen understanding of the legal landscape, Emily ensures that each client receives personalised attention, making their experience with Tiger Law both seamless and reassuring. Her meticulous approach and warm personality make her an invaluable asset to the team. Emily's passion for her role is evident in her continuous efforts to exceed client expectations and foster long-lasting relationships, reinforcing Tiger Law's reputation for excellence in client care.

Jodie Leanne Daffin

Post Completion Assistant

With over 20 years experience working for various law firms both in London and Kent, Jodie has worked in many different areas of law, but feels at home with residential conveyancing. Commenting on her history with the law, Jodie said “I first got interested in the law following a long stint of jury service about 25 years ago, I then qualified with an ILEX certificate and started working.”

Katerina Nomicos

Consultant Solicitor

Katerina is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and a member of the Athens Bar Association in Greece, boasting over 25 years of experience across both jurisdictions. At Tiger Law, her practice focuses on private client international law, primarily involving litigation related to international family disputes as well as civil and commercial disputes. Additionally, Katerina is an accredited mediator in Greece, with a proven track record of successfully resolving numerous conflicts. She is fluent in Greek, English, and German and is based in London.
