5 Years of Tiger Law

Today we celebrate 5 wonderful years of Tiger Law!

When Vanessa Challess founded Tiger Law in 2017 she sought to create a working environment that allowed her, as a new mother, to allow her professional life and home life to coincide in a healthy way.

“Being a litigator and the last person anyone ever wanted to talk to meant I knew exactly how much and why the profession is disliked. I wanted to make accessing legal services much more human and personal, if not a bit fun when appropriate. Life is too short to feel miserable every day at work, so I focus on a positive environment for everyone: a happy lawyer is a better lawyer which means happy clients.”  – Vanessa Challess

This is a part of Tiger that has never changed- from one team member to now 18 and counting, Vanessa has stayed true to her vision.

People flock to Tiger Law because the firm offers a rare opportunity in the legal field… freedom . The freedom to choose your hours and place of work. The freedom to choose your methods and manage your own time and most importantly the freedom to pursue equality and excellence, simultaneously, in a world that tries to tell us that we can’t have both.

There’s been no shortage of milestones, achievements, and celebrations over the past 5 years.

Here are just a selection of some of the amazing moments Tiger has hit along the way:

Over the last half decade, Vanessa Challess and Tiger Law’s dynamic approach has really made a dent in the legal industry, inspiring people all over the commonwealth to progress female leadership and gender equality.

We are so proud of how far our firm has come, here’s to another 5 years of showing the legal industry how it’s done!

I’m looking forward to everyone reaching their own milestones and growing into their careers, watching them make their mark and making Tiger their own. I’m much closer to 50 then 40 and I’m happy to be surrounded by very bright, capable and committed people so that I can give them wings and fade into the background a little. – Vanessa Challess

Tiger always puts the client first, which I feel is so important, and I am proud to be a part of the innovation and progress that Tiger is bringing to the legal profession.” –  Leonie Savory, Director | Solicitor
